Tips to cope up with the Gwalior Heat

  1. Stay hydrated - Drink at least 3 to 4 litres of water per day to keep yourself hydrated.
  2. Eat before you leave - on empty stomach you are more prone of getting a heat stroke.
  3. Sunglasses - to dim the light intensity on eyes
  4. Don't intake cold food and drinks just before or after going out in sun.
